
The Backstory
My childhood juxtaposed art + science, competition + play, & city + mountains. After 23 years of choosing one or the other, I committed to a life in the mountains where I could balance creativity with logic & competition with fun, all through a lens of mindful intention.
I’ve lived and experienced the magic that happens when you pair practicality with dreams and am committed to a life of learning and continuing to dream big, rooted in my values. My purpose with coaching is to help others do the same.
The Approach
All of my coaching plans are based on mindfulness, creativity, and finding a balance between the process and the end goals. I firmly believe that if you have a dream way of living your life and you're willing to put in the work, we can achieve it together. We need to combine dreams with everyday practicality, and this work starts and ends with you. My approach is holistic, taking into account every aspect of your life and aligning it with your long-term vision.
By clarifying and reworking your goals over time, we can establish rewarding rituals that align with those values and dreams. From training for your first half marathon, to finishing an ultra distance race, to simply building more movement into your everyday life, to tracking habits and gaining awareness of how you are spending your time… there’s a plan for you and I’m here to guide you along the way.

How it works
During our coaching journey, we'll incorporate various elements to help you gain clarity, accountability, confidence, and purpose. Through journal prompts, daily movement patterns and workouts, dedicated stretching and self-care exercises, outdoor activities, and celebrating personal achievements, you'll experience transformative growth. I'll provide you with actionable items tailored to your available time, ensuring you can integrate mindfulness and movement into your daily life. Drawing from my training in exercise science, breathwork, yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and strength training, I have the necessary skills to create a customized plan that is unique to you. Let me share these tools with you and help you navigate the process of incorporating them seamlessly into your life. Together, we can alleviate the challenges and embark on a transformative journey.
Habit Coaching
This coaching focuses on generating awareness in your life, managing your time and days effectively, and developing a daily mindfulness practice, no matter how busy you are.
This includes practical applications for daily life, such as 5-minute breathwork exercises, writing prompts, and small daily tasks to increase awareness. You'll learn to be present during activities like washing dishes, observe your emotions during certain situations, take short breaks to move your body, and cultivate gratitude for different aspects of your life. Daily reminders will keep you on track.
Breathwork Coaching
Learn how to use breathwork to elicit specific emotions and feelings in your daily life. We'll explore techniques to improve sleep, reduce stress, and slow down, among other benefits. This is a scientifically-backed approach that can be applied to various areas, such as athletic training, stress management, self-connection, and overall well-being.
You'll receive coaching and guidance on building your toolkit of breathing exercises, empowering you to handle various situations with your breath. Guided prompts and coaching videos will help you understand the power of breathwork.
Athletic Coaching
Whether your goal is to run more, feel better, or train for an upcoming event or race, I’d love to partner with you to reach your athletic goals.
Similar to other coaching plans, you'll receive a weekly plan with assigned activities based on your goals. These activities will cover mobility, mindfulness, strength training, and specific exercises related to your chosen athletic activity, such as running or cycling. We'll explore technical training terms, like "zone training" and "aerobic vs. anaerobic training," through the lens of body awareness, rest, and mindfulness. Most importantly, we'll to strike a balance between data-driven training and how you feel.
Story Coaching
We all have a unique story, and gaining clarity on our narrative takes time, intentionality, and guidance. Whether you're a brand owner, preparing for interviews, pitching yourself to clients or brands, exploring the realm of influence, or simply looking to build a personal narrative for self-growth, this coaching program is designed for you.
Each week, we'll engage in tasks that delve into the essence of who you are across various scenarios. Through a mindful approach, you'll complete writing prompts, exercises, step out of your comfort zone, and have necessary conversations for personal growth and healing
